Privacy notice · Version 2026-11-04.4

Your interest.
Your choice.

Cithren is an early-stage research project exploring relevant intelligence for the agents people and teams already use. It is not a launched subscription service. This notice covers the website's interest form and minimal measurement.

What you can choose to share

Signing up is optional. If you sign up, we ask for your email address, the agent you use and explicit permission for updates about Cithren and your signup. A recent task or tool decision is optional, as is permission for a separate research follow-up. Both consent boxes start unchecked.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, private agent logs, client information or other sensitive details. There are no file uploads or payment fields. Submitting does not create an account or start a subscription, and does not promise access or a launch date.

Why we use it

Alongside your answers, we record the consent-notice version, explicit consent choices, page variant/version and recognized campaign codes, if present. The form processor records the submission time. Consent for contact is not consent to publish your example or quote you.

Minimal website measurement

On the landing page we attempt to record a page-view event and a click on the “Get access” button. That button opens the signup form. After a confirmed submission, a branded 404 screen appears because Cithren is not yet available. This does not mean the form submission failed. Signup records interest, not access. The separate cithren-signals form contains only the event type, a fixed page name, page version/variant and approved campaign codes.

We do not send your email or form answers with these events. We do not create tracking cookies, local-storage IDs, session-storage IDs or fingerprints, use third-party analytics, or send the raw query string or full referrer. Unknown campaign values are dropped; only a small approved list of source, medium, campaign and content codes can be retained.

Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) disables these events and campaign attribution in our form. The interest form still works. Measurement failure does not block it. Events are not unique people or proof of willingness to pay: reloads, bots, spam and missing events can affect the counts.

Where information goes

On the deployed Netlify site, Netlify hosts the website and processes both forms for Cithren. Its infrastructure may receive technical request information such as IP addresses and browser/network headers, even though we do not add these to our measurement payload. Our minimal events are not a promise of network-level anonymity. You can read Netlify's privacy notice.

The project operator reviews submissions for this research and any permitted contact. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. Messaging us on Instagram uses Instagram's own service and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Our default is to delete interest and measurement submissions within 90 days of receipt, or sooner when you withdraw consent or request deletion. Retention is an operator-managed process, not an automatic timer in this website. Any longer contact-list retention would require a separate, clear agreement. Provider backup/log retention may follow Netlify's own policies.

To withdraw either consent, ask a question or request deletion, message @cithrenai on Instagram. Identify the email you used so the operator can locate your submission; please don't send passwords or private logs. You can request deletion without agreeing to further research.

If this notice changes

The version associated with each submission stays part of its record. A new purpose or additional contact permission would require a new choice. We won't silently extend this one.
